We ship FedEx Ground. All of our rugs are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date.<\/p>

NO \u2013 all prices are not inclusive of VAT.<\/p>

Q5. How do I know your site is secure?<\/strong><\/p>

Our entire site is secure by way of 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which is the Industry Standard for safe online shopping. The small 'padlock icon' to the left of the URL bar at the top of the page confirms the security of our site. In addition, your data is protected and we never store credit card details.<\/p>

Q6. What payment methods do you accept?<\/strong><\/p>

Paying for your order could not be easier. We accept all major credit cards (without extra charges incurred), including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Payment can also be made by PayPal.<\/p>

Q8. The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?<\/strong><\/p>

We aim to have all stock available at all times. If a product is unavailable, we usually have expected restock dates on the website. Q1. Do you deliver to my area?<\/strong><\/p>

We deliver worldwide. You can enter your address at the checkout to get a price for shipping. If your country is not listed, please email ridellan47@gmail.com\u00a0for a delivery quotation.<\/span><\/p>

Q2. How will my goods be delivered?<\/strong><\/p>

We use FedEx, UPS, EMS, or other methods for our delivery service; you should receive a 1-hour delivery slot via text or email. Different delivery methods of logistics providers will also be different. Sometimes your order will require a signature and sometimes your package will be left at the door, please pay attention to check it! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our email customer service.<\/p>

Q3. What if I am not in when you deliver?<\/strong><\/p>

Should you not be in when your delivery driver calls, our carrier will endeavor to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbor or other suitable person. If they can't find someone, they return the order to the warehouse for safekeeping and try to redeliver it the next day.<\/p>

Q4. What if I receive the wrong items or my order is incomplete?<\/strong><\/p>

Q5. What if I don't receive my order in time and it's returned?<\/strong><\/p>

We will contact the logistics provider to understand the situation and reissue the package for you, but you will need to bear the costs during the period.
